Located in Arlington, MA, this residence was part of an outdated two-family structure that was fully renovated and converted to condos in 2021. Originally a 3,000 sf structure, the building expanded into the generous basement to create two 2,000 sf units. Each unit contains three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, open floor plans on the main living level, a study, and a laundry room.
