Located in Arlington, MA, this 4,100 sf two-family development included the complete gut renovation of an existing 2,500 sf philly-style two-family home. While the upper second- and third-floor unit provides a 3 bed / 2.5 bath unit in 1,700 sf of fully renovated living area, the basement slab was lowered throughout to provide an additional 900 sf of comfortable living area to the 2,400 sf 4 bed / 3 bath lower unit. Additional work included full insulation, new windows, doors, exterior siding, decks, new hardscaping, and new plantings.
