Located in Arlington, MA, this 3,000 sf two-family structure underwent a complete renovation and conversion to two 2,000 sf condominium units in 2021. Expanding into the existing basement, each unit now features three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, an open-concept living area, a study, and a laundry room. The project also included all-new HVAC, electrical, plumbing, insulation, and exterior finishes.
