Howie Road Residence

Utilizing the spacious property and perfect solar exposure, we designed a stunning home addition in Braintree, MA, to enhance the existing residence with a series of luxurious outdoor living spaces, including a new covered outdoor area with sitting, dining, and cooking features, a spacious new great room, a dedicated home office, and a refreshing plunge pool.

The addition features floor-to-ceiling windows that maximize natural light and provide prime views of the surrounding landscape. The outdoor living area is perfect for entertaining guests, while the plunge pool offers a refreshing escape on hot summer days. A solar study was completed to evaluate the ideal organization of spaces to maximize sun exposure through the seasons.
