Howland Street Residences
A historic Dorchester home reborn.
Howland Street Residences
This historic Dorchester home, built around 1900, had fallen into disrepair and sat vacant for nearly two decades. Our team breathed new life into this 5,500-square-foot, four-story building, transforming it into two stunning, modern residences. By carefully preserving the building's historic character and incorporating contemporary design elements, we created a harmonious blend of old and new. Key features include meticulous restoration of original architectural details, open-concept floor plans, energy-efficient systems, and the incorporation of salvaged architectural elements.
